HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES
Answer: We only bill our clients on a true contingency fee basis. This means that you only pay if we are successful in recovering money for you. Our fees generally work out to approximately 30% of cash awards, whether they are via settlement or court judgement. Some firms will take a percentage if successful, and charge you an hourly rate if unsuccessful. We charge you a flat rate only if we are successful in obtaining a cash settlement for you, and we charge nothing if unsuccessful. Fees are calculated after the payment of all 'disbursements' and 'costs', and do not include GST or HST.
